1. Registration and Payment

• Your place in the class is confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Payments are processed securely through our online ticketing system.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Participant cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before the class: full refund (minus transaction fees).

  • Less than 30 days before the class: no refund.

• Organizer cancellation:

  • If the class is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Transfers and Substitutions

• You may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us at least 3 business days before the course.

• You may request to transfer to a future course date (subject to availability) at least 30 days before the course.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to attend the full course and engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants.

• Recording or sharing course materials without permission is not allowed.

5. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to course cancellations or changes.

• Participation is at your own risk.

6. Data Protection

• By registering, you agree that your contact details may be used to communicate course-related information.

• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
