Agile Coaching Retreat spring 2025
We are organizing an Agile Coaching Retreat in southern Italy from March 26 to 30, 2025. The retreat combines workshops on Agile Coaching with some mindfulness, culture, and of course food (hey, we’ll be in Italy!).
We guarantee this will be the most fun Agile Coaching Retreat you joined until now. 😉
Who is it for?
This Agile Coaching Retreat is for Agile Coaches and other Agile change agents with several years of experience working with Agile Teams and some formal training on Agile Coaching and/or Agile Team Facilitation, e.g. ICAgile training.
What will we be doing?
We are putting together a program combining Agile Coaching-related workshops with some of the cultural and culinary offerings the retreat location provides.
Some of the elements in the program are optional, leaving participants at choice to join those activities or do something else at that time.Â

Date and location
The Agile Coaching Retreat will take place from the 26th of March 2025 until the 30th of March (morning) 2025.
We will gather in a repurposed Italian farm that offers a luxurious stay, enough space for us to have workshops, and allows for some cultural and culinary activities as well. The farm is located in Lecce, South Italy.
Costs
The cost for participation is €1000,- per person (plus VAT if you are based in the Netherlands).
There is a discount available for people who followed a training with us. Contact us for more information.
This fee includes:
- Agile Coaching workshops,
- all materials,
- 4 nights for a single occupancy room,
- the workshop room,
- welcome dinner on Wednesday,
- 2 meals per day (breakfast and lunch), coffee, tea, and snacks from Wednesday to Saturday,
- cooking workshop (combined with lunch on Saturday)
- breakfast on Sunday
Costs for the optional activities:
- Pilates €18,-
- Breathwork session €18,-
- Olive oil tour + tasting €30,-
(VAT is not applicable for the optional activities)
Not included:
- airplane tickets,
- transfers from and to the airport,
- dinners

FAQ
How do I get there?
The closest airports are Bari (2h) and Brindisi (1h). Transfers from the airport to the retreat location are not included in the price, but we can organize this together with the venue. As a price indication:
-  transfer Bari-retreat location is €240 for 1-5 people (one way)
- transfer Brindisi-retreat location is €120 for 1-5 people (one way)
We can organise this closer to the start date, when we know the participants and their arrival times. You are of course welcome to organise your own transportation as well.Â
This place looks great! Can I stay longer?
It might be possible to stay longer (arrive earlier/leave later), depending on availability. Please book your seat and contact us for options.Â
Can I bring my partner/friend/someone else?
You can bring someone and share the room or book a separate one. Your guest cannot join the Agile Coaching workshops but is welcome at the non-Agile ones (dinner, cooking, optional extra activities). Obviously there will be additional costs involved for the room and activities.
Can I get an invoice so my company pays for it?
Of course. Select the corresponding option in the check-out flow and we will contact you to set the invoice up correctly.

How many people can join?
We will need at least 8 participants to be able to proceed with this retreat. The maximum number of participants is 20, but it might be less if some of the rooms are already taken. So it’s best if you book fast… 🙂Â
But where will I get food on Thursday and Friday evening?
There is a small town close to the venue with a couple of restaurants. People can visit those at their own convenience or make alternative plans.Â
Are those pictures really from the actual retreat location?
Yes they are… 🙂
What time should I fly in? What time can I fly back home?
The welcome dinner on Wednesday is at 20:00, so you would need to be checked in before then.
We plan to finish up on Sunday at 11:00, so you could leave for the airport after the wrap up.
Can I join only one of the optional activities?
Yes you can.Â
What are those Agile Coaching workshops about?
The final program is still under development. Please note that the program consists of prepared workshops and exercises, focussing on enhancing your Agile Coaching skills, self-development, and learning from each other.Â
