In this two-day Agile Facilitation training, you’ll learn how to design and guide collaborative sessions that help teams focus, participate, and make meaningful progress. Through hands-on practice, reflection, and real facilitation exercises, you’ll build the skills to create environments where people feel safe to contribute and collective intelligence can emerge.
By the end of the training, you’ll be able to confidently facilitate Agile events and team conversations — balancing structure with adaptability, and outcomes with human connection.
