Certified Agile Team Coaching
Learn agile coaching and bring your teams to a new level
Overview
Agile coaching goes beyond facilitating meetings or guiding Agile practices. It’s about helping people and teams grow — by listening deeply, asking powerful questions, and creating space for learning and reflection.
In this three-day Agile Coaching training, you will explore what it means to coach in an Agile environment. Through practical exercises, coaching practice, and peer feedback, you will develop the skills to support teams and individuals as they navigate growth, conflict, and change.
You’ll learn how to balance teaching, mentoring, facilitating, and coaching with intention — and how to choose the right approach for each situation. By the end of the training, you will have a deeper understanding of the Agile coaching mindset and practical tools to help teams become more self-aware, resilient, and capable of continuous improvement.
