I help individuals and teams make Agile actually work — not just in theory, but in real collaboration, real conversations, and real challenges.
What I Do
I design and deliver interactive trainings and workshops that help teams collaborate better, communicate more effectively, and navigate complexity with confidence.
I work with both individuals and teams — from those just starting with Agile to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their skills in facilitation, coaching, and leadership.
My goal is always the same: to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and directly applicable to real work.
How I Work
I believe people learn best by doing, reflecting, and connecting new ideas to their own experience.
That’s why my sessions are highly interactive. Instead of long lectures, I create space for participants to experiment, practice, and learn from each other. I combine structure with flexibility — guiding the process while adapting to what the group needs in the moment.
I draw inspiration from neuroscience and modern learning design, using approaches that help people not just understand concepts, but retain and apply them in their daily work.

My Background
My journey into Agile started in software engineering, where I experienced firsthand the challenges teams face in collaboration, communication, and delivery.
Over time, I moved into roles such as Scrum Master and Agile Coach, supporting teams and organizations in improving how they work together.
I combine this practical experience with a strong academic background in:
- Information Technology (Engineering)
- Applied Mathematics – Scientific Computing (Master’s)
- Informatics and Physics (PhD)
This combination shapes how I approach Agile today — connecting analytical thinking with a deep focus on people and collaboration.
