My approach blends coaching, facilitation, and team development. Whether it’s helping a group find clarity, guiding individuals to grow their skills, or aligning teams around a shared purpose, my goal is always the same: to unlock what’s possible and make it a reality.

Jasper Verdooren – My Story

I got into the Agile world more or less by accident, but have loved it since day one. Since I started over 15 years ago, I have worked as an Agile Coach, Agile manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

I have coached teams, individuals and leadership and worked on several large Agile transformations.

Regardless of my role, I get my energy from helping individuals, teams and organisations reach their full potential.
